The iron fetters yield.
And praise to God the Father yield
Yield not to any evil might.
Shall we not yield him, in costly devotion,
Lest I to the tempter yield,
And make each moment yield
The brightest glories earth can yield
The strong foes yield To Christ, our shield,
Ripe the promise of its yield.
A hundredfold to yield.
But let it yield a hundredfold
To God I yield; on him I call.
To him, then, I will yield me.
So to my God I yield me.
