This edition of the Lutheran Music Newsletter introduces three new products:
"Sing-Along" Hymn DVDs

Our new "Sing-Along" DVD product provides music and video for each hymn. Each DVD track is played on a brilliant-sounding cathedral pipe organ and begins with a short musical lead-in, followed by the hymn music repeated according to the number of stanzas printed in the hymnal, and ending with an appropriate 'Amen'. |
The video provides highlighted hymn lyrics synchronized with the music on top of colorful nature backgrounds and religious scenes. The videos are high resolution, full screen and can be played on any standard video DVD player (no computer needed). The DVDs are packaged in a handy carrying wallet. Each hymnal has a dedicated DVD set, and the Master Edition provides DVDs for all seven hymnals in our collection. Learn more by clicking the Hymnal links...
Hymn Lyrics PowerPoint

Our new Hymn Lyrics PowerPoint files provide presentation slides for the hymn lyrics using Microsoft's PowerPoint software application. One PowerPoint file is provided for each hymn. Each file contains a title slide, multiple slides containing the lyrics of the hymn stanzas (including repeated refrains), and an ending credits slide. |
The PowerPoint files provided are fully editable using the PowerPoint software application. The background picture may be replaced, slide layout modified, slides may be added or deleted, and individual stanzas of text may be modified. The slide transition style PowerPoint uses between slides can be modified. Each hymnal has a dedicated PowerPoint file set, and the Master Edition has PowerPoint files for all seven hymnals in our collection. Learn more by clicking the Hymnal links...
Multi-Media Hymn Library

Our new Multi-Media Hymn Library is a browser-based reference library of Lutheran hymns. The library includes sheet music with melody and piano/guitar chords (PDF); high quality sound played on a brilliant cathedral pipe organ; video highlighting of 'Sing-Along' hymn lyrics synchronized with the music using the Adobe Flash Player; and hymn stanza lyrics on projectable, full-screen slides (JPEG format). |
